Guaranteed Minimum: $1,500.00

Commission: 15% of net sales (before tax and tip) or guaranteed minimum (whichever is higher). If total sales exceed $2000, commission shall increase to 20%.

Please only allow TWO meals per person, while a line is present.

You MAY allow more than two meals per person if there is NO LINE.

Service Notes: This is a high-volume account. It is recommended to arrive on-site with a minimum of 200 meals. Most partners serve between 200-300 meals.

Payment: Guests will pay trucks $5 all-inclusive at the time of ordering and the client will subsidize the remaining $10 for a total of $15 per meal all inclusive (entrée+ side only, no drinks in this price). If guests would like to purchase drinks this will be handled separately.
