• VOUCHERS: Client will cover all food costs. Meal voucher is good for 1 entrée only. Please collect meal vouchers and track each order total to bill the client after the event.

Minimum Guarantee & Payment: $3,000—Verifiable POS sales must be provided in order to receive payment for the remainder of the minimum. Moveable will not be paying you any remainder due. If the total sales including vouchers DOES NOT meet the minimum, you will need to invoice them for the difference in sales plus the voucher total. If the total sales including vouchers meets the minimum, you will only need to invoice them for the voucher total. You can send an invoice Joy at joy.hackett@sfbu.edu. They will likely be mailing a check.
