Guaranteed:
$15 per ticket for adult meal and $8 per ticket for kids meal. There are 1,110 riders and will let you know as sign ups are complete on how many tickets you are guaranteed. It will be around 170-200+.

Each adult ticket is worth $15 per ticket (includes Entrée, side). Each kid ticket is worth $8 per ticket (entrée, side) For kids, I would just cut your portions in half or create a few kid items. Each truck should prepare at least 10-15 kid items, since we do not know what truck kids will go too.
No Beverages.

Each truck MUST bring a minimum of 20-30 extra meals, you may serve over your guaranteed amount. You will get paid for the total amount of tickets collected at the end of the event. If you do not serve all your guaranteed meals, you will most likely be asked to box them up so the client can pass out to the last riders that haven’t arrived in time.
