Guaranteed: a minimum of 150 tickets @ $15 per ticket. Meal Only. No beverage.
You must also have a “sides” menu that the guests can purchase from. This is for guests who want more food or to just purchase a side item.
Fee: 10% of total sales

MUST OFFER: Veggie, Vegan and Gluten Free options.
MUST have a current Santa Clara Co permit.
