Winter Recontracting Key Dates: 

• October 3: Winter Market Surveys Out 

• October 8: 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Winter Market Surveys Due. 

• October 8- October 12: OTG Curation:
  –    We will be using your average sales at our locations combined with our information about customer preferences of cuisine and specific food choices to make our selections. This will be combined with your survey responses to create our offerings.  

• October 13th: Market Offers Sent
  Our goal is to have offers of market shifts go out to you based on your requests by October 13th for you to review. 

• October 13- October 15: Opportunity review period. You can then provide feedback on dates you can’t attend or alterations in market rotations and confirm by close of business Wednesday October 15th, at 5pm. 

  • Questions during this period should go to csm@ofthegrid.com. The limit for requested changes is no more than 2 event dates per market location, and/or one rotation change per market location.  

• October 15 5PM: Deadline for requests. 

• October 17 9AM: Final market offers contracts will be distributed for acceptance. 

• October 19 5PM: Final Offers Accepted or Declined.   

• October 20 5PM: Confirmed Shifts Uploaded to OTG Creator portal and you should see them available in your schedule.

• October 21 8AM – October 23: Open individual shifts that remain available will be opened on our creator portal for you to apply for individual shifts. In the event that we were not able to accommodate your requests for a regular rotation this is your opportunity to apply for individual shifts. 

• October 24 5PM: Final notification of acceptance in the markets for individual shifts and clear all the rejected applications.
