Requirements: This is an INTERIOR buffet style dinner service at Stripe. Details below: -Service Style: Buffet Hotel Pans, Serviced from Cafeteria Service Station. Please have one tray of each entree out & replenish as it runs out. -Menu: 1 meat protein (75%) 1 vegan protein (25%) and at least one side (preferably a vegetable side) Quantity: 200 Service Arrival time: 4:30 PM Service time: 6-7pm (sharp) Staffing: Transport & Service. Staff member to refresh pans, answer questions and ensure food quality during service. Additional Items: No service ware or flatware needed. Payout: $16 per meal $3200 total Location: Stripe. 354 Oyster Point Blvd South San Francisco, CA 94080 LOAD IN: When you arrive there is a parking garage (2nd floor is best) with 7 feet of clearance. Everyone in your party will need to park and then go to the Stripe Lobby to check in. Bring your ID & parking ticket for validated parking. They will ask you which stripe employee you are visiting, please type in Michele Cervantes. Your OTG On Site producer will also be there to help you check in. OTG On Site Producer: Zerreen cell:408-891-7308 After you are checked in, you will return to the garage. On the second floor, there are doors that go directly into the kitchen. Your On-Site Producer can open these doors for you for you to unload. The doors have a blue sign outside that that say “P2 EAST”. There will be carts for you to use here as well.
