There are 1\,000 riders and will let you know as sign ups are complete on how many tickets you are guaranteed. It will be around 150-250. Each ticket is worth a meal only. No Beverages. \nEach truck MUST bring a minimum of 20-30 extra meals\, you may NOT serve over your guarantee unless you get the ok from Michele. You will get paid for the total amount of tickets collected at the end of the event. If you do not serve all your guaranteed meals\, you will most likely be asked to box them up so the client can pass out to the last riders that haven’t arrived in time.
